Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned bodyboard accessories or surf wax:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Surfboard Ding Repair Kits (once opened)
- Surf Wax (used or opened packages)
- Personalized/custom ordered items
Exchange Policy
Need different Futures fins or a size swap on that junior wetsuit? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return, with no additional shipping fees for US customers.

Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your Aquapac waterproof case arrived damaged or you received the wrong surfboard leash:
- Take photos of the issue immediately
- Email us at [email protected] with “DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM” in the subject
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
International Returns
For customers outside the US returning surfboard bags or roof rack pads:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges
Final Note: We inspect all returns carefully. Items showing wear, missing tags, or with odors (like surf wax or wetsuits) may be denied.
