What types of water sports gear do you specialize in?
We specialize in premium equipment for surfers and water sports enthusiasts, including:

- Wetsuits (Men’s and Junior sizes)
- Bodyboards and accessories
- Surfboard maintenance gear (wax, ding repair kits, bags)

How do I choose the right surfboard fins for my board?
The right fins depend on your board type and surfing style. Our FCS, FCS II, and Futures systems each have different installation methods. Check your board’s fin boxes or contact our surfer-approved customer service team at [email protected] for personalized recommendations.
Do you sell complete surfboards?
Currently we specialize in surfboard accessories and components rather than complete boards. We carry everything to maintain and customize your board including fins, leashes, repair kits, and protective bags.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your gear fast! If you need to make changes, email us at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number. After that, your order may already be in processing.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is needed for checkout, but creating one lets you track orders, save your info for faster checkout, and get updates on new products tailored to water sports enthusiasts.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations) via:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+): EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Click the link to follow your water sports gear’s journey to your doorstep!
Do you offer expedited shipping for urgent orders?
Currently we offer our Standard and Free shipping options. For fastest delivery, choose Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx and order early before big surf trips!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate returns. Items must be unused with original packaging. Note: Customers cover return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We package all gear with care, but if something arrives damaged, email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement and cover return shipping.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Absolutely! Contact us within 15 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the original item (customer pays return shipping) and place a new order for the replacement.
